Email: 18680807330@163.com
Research and postgraduate enrollment direction:
1. Medical Image Imaging and Processing
2. AI and medical big data mining
Profile:
In 2019, he obtained a doctorate degree in biomedical engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In 2018-2019, he was a visiting scholar at the Institute of Neurology of McGill University in Canada. Since 2019, he has been engaged in post doctoral research in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in an on-the-job capacity.
Presided over one national (National Natural Science Foundation of China) project and one provincial and ministerial (Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department Basic Research Fund) project respectively. Participated in 5 NSFC projects (including two key projects). In the past five years, he has published more than ten high-grade academic papers at home and abroad.
The main research directions are: 1) Medical image processing: a Develop and apply image and signal processing methods to realize brain function decoding through non-invasive imaging means; b. Based on medical image and signal processing means, the mechanism of abnormal brain is analyzed; c. Computer mediated non-invasive coding and intervention of human brain. 2) Artificial intelligence and medical big data mining: using traditional artificial intelligence means and deep learning technology, based on large sample datasets, medical data mining can be realized to assist in the automatic diagnosis of neuropsychiatric diseases, the formulation of treatment methods for specific diseases and the prediction of curative effects.
Current scientific research projects:
1. National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program, "Research on Mechanism of Schizophrenia Negative Symptoms Based on Topological Information Extraction of Brain Image Connection Group", (62003058), project leader.
2. Applied Basic Research in Sichuan Province, "Research on the mapping relationship between subcortical cortical circuit connectivity and mental symptoms in the pedigree of mental diseases", (21YYJC2065), project leader.
Current teaching:
