Profile:
Dr. Yang Hao, an associate professor, is currently the director of the Teaching and Research Section of Intelligent Science and Technology in the School of Computer Science, Chengdu University of Information Engineering. The main research directions are: big data mining and high-performance computing, artificial intelligence and smart weather.
Dr. Yang Hao, a doctor of computer application technology, was jointly trained by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the University of Nottingham. From 2012 to 2014, he was engaged in digital image processing research in the School of Computer Science of the University of Nottingham, UK, and from 2019 to 2020, he was engaged in research on prediction and correction of disastrous weather based on artificial intelligence in the Numerical Prediction Center of the National Meteorological Administration. Dr. Yang Hao graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and Southwest Jiaotong University with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in 2010 and 2003 respectively.
Dr. Yang Hao has undertaken and participated in more than 10 internal medicine research projects, including national key research and development projects, Sichuan Science and Technology Plan, National Meteorological Center, and China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute. He has published more than 20 academic papers, including more than 10 SCI/EI searches, 5 authorized invention patents, and 1 textbook.
Dr. Yang Hao actively participates in scientific research and academic activities. Currently, he is a member of the High Performance Professional Committee of Sichuan Computer Society, a member of the Health Care Big Data Special Committee of Sichuan Health Information Society, and a reviewer of international journals such as Computers, Materials&Continua, Physical Science International Journal.

1. Person in charge of the subproject of the national key research and development program "GRAPHES-3km convective scale ensemble forecasting technology and system".
2. Project leader of the key research and development project of Sichuan Science and Technology Plan, "Research on Framework of Small Scale Atmospheric Diffusion Model Based on Efficient Parallel Computing".
3. Person in charge of the subproject of the key research and development project of Sichuan Science and Technology Plan "Research on Key Technologies of Fine Meteorological Support for Disaster Avoidance".
