Profile:
He is now a full-time teacher of the School of Computer Science of Chengdu University of Information Engineering. The main research directions are: distributed computing and mobile computing systems, high-performance computing and grid computing, smart weather and numerical weather computing.
Dr. Zhao Changming received his doctorate in communication and information system engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2016. From 2018 to 2020, he carried out high-performance computing research related to the cooperative scientific project "Earth Simulator" in the Earth System Numerical Simulation Laboratory of the National Supercomputing Center in Wuxi. From 2019 to 2021, he carried out scientific research related to "high-performance computing under ubiquitous communication conditions" in the School of Computer Science of Sichuan University. Dr. Zhao Changming graduated from Manchester University in 2010 and Sichuan University in 2007 with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree respectively.
Dr. Zhao Changming has undertaken and participated in 8 internal medicine research projects, including the national key research and development plan, Sichuan key research and development projects, and general projects of the China Post doctoral Science Foundation, with a total research fund of more than 1 million yuan. He has published more than 20 academic papers, including 10 SCI searches and 2 authorized invention patents.
Dr. Zhao Changming actively participates in scientific research and academic activities. Currently, he is a member of the Executive Committee of ACM SIGWEB China. From 2018 to 2020, as the responsible chairman of the International Conference on Artistic Intelligence and Security (ICAIS) 21st Workshop, he carried out relevant academic discussions and exchanges.

2. Project leader of the general program of China Post doctoral Science Foundation, "Research on Ultra dense Network Unloading Collaboration Mechanism for Computing Intensive Applications"
3. Key R&D plan of Sichuan Province, "Research on key technologies of intelligent construction of planning review knowledge base for power field", sub project leader
4. The national key research and development plan is "monitoring, early warning and prevention of major natural disasters", "research and development of dynamic framework of weather climate integration model based on unstructured grid", and the sub project is mainly researched.
