Personal Profile:

He is currently the director of medical VR/AR Equipment Research Department of Sichuan Medical Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Engineering Laboratory. His research interests include: image processing and object detection technology, 3D simulation technology, and virtual reality application technology.

He graduated from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007 with a Doctor of Engineering degree in Signal and Information processing. Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science, VUIIS, 2014-2015 Vanderbilt University) in computational imaging of magnetic resonance white matter fibers.

He has undertaken and participated in 5 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province and the Department of Education. He has undertaken more than 10 horizontal scientific research projects of XXXXX Army, XX Institute of the General Staff, Institute of Optoelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Wulangye Push Group, etc. The developed embedded 4K free-stereo video player system won the second prize of Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked second) in 2017. He has published more than 20 academic papers, including 3 SCI papers and 3 authorized invention patents.

Actively engaged in engineering education internationalization, participated in the CDIO senior Tutor training from 2017 to 2019, and participated in the 9th Senior Tutor field training of Singapore Institute of Technology, and won the CDIO Senior Teacher certificate. In 2019, he won the 6th Young Teacher Teaching Award and the 10th Young Teacher Teaching Competition and won the fourth place.
