FangRui is general Party branch secretary in the school of computer science. His former position was vice president of the School of Information Security Engineering in teaching, vice director of information center, evaluation experts of Science and technology project in Sichuan Province, evaluation expert of construction engineering equipment bidding Center in Sichuan Province. He was an outstanding worker of school, called “ one specialty with multiple skills”outstanding young teacher in Chengdu City.

He has published more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign core journals, alone with or involved in writing five teaching material books. Besides, he has 9 software copyright (patent). He undertook and participated in the provincial (Ministry) and departmental level topic 6 items, presided over the transverse project into account funds amount to about 3000000 yuan.
