Profile:

Professor Zhou Jiliu is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee of Chengdu University of Information Engineering. He is an expert with special government subsidies under the State Council, a reviewer of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the National Technology Invention Award, a judge of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, Sichuan Province, Shanxi Province and other provincial ministries and commissions, a member of the Software Engineering Discipline of the Higher Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Computer Science and Technology Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and an IEEE Senior Member.

Professor Zhou Jiliu is the winner of the first Tianfu Qingcheng Plan Science and Technology Leading Talent in Sichuan Province, the academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, an outstanding expert with outstanding contributions in Sichuan Province, a famous teacher in Sichuan Province, the deputy director of the Intelligent CAD and Digital Arts Professional Committee of the Chinese Graphics and Image Society, the deputy director of the Intelligent CAD and Digital Arts Professional Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society, and the deputy director of the Sichuan Computer Society, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Computer Users Association, member of the 13th CPPCC Chengdu Municipal Committee.

Professor Zhou Jiliu's main research interests are: artificial intelligence, intelligent weather, computer graphics and image processing, fractional calculus algorithm and its application in information processing. He has presided over more than 40 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, including national key research and development programs, key programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 973 subprojects, 863 programs, and doctoral programs of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 200 papers in core academic journals and international conferences at home and abroad, including more than 180 SCI and EI searches. He has won 15 national invention patents (authorized), published 5 academic monographs (1 in English), won the second prize of National Natural Science Award, the first prize of Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education, the first, second and third prizes of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first and third prizes of Sichuan Teaching Achievement Award.
