Profile:

She is a teacher in the School of Computer Science of Chengdu University of Information Engineering, and currently serves as the deputy director of Sichuan Numerical Weather Computing Engineering Technology Research Center. The main research directions are: evolutionary algorithms and intelligent computing, Internet of Things and edge computing, high-performance and parallel distributed computing, intelligent weather and numerical weather computing. At present, she is the backup candidate for the academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, and a member of the High Performance Professional Committee of Sichuan Computer Society.

Dr. Wu Tao graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2014 with a doctor's degree in traffic information engineering and control, and graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology in 2007.

Dr. Wu Tao has undertaken and participated in more than 10 internal medicine research projects under the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, with an accumulated research fund of more than 3 million yuan, more than 40 academic papers, 3 invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and more than 10 software copyrights.

Dr. Wu Xi is actively engaged in the internationalization of engineering education. She is the only parliamentary member from Asia of the International CDIO Engineering Education Organization and the local chairman of the 11th CDIO International Conference (CDIO 2015).
